RMA Procedures
To qualify for any type of return to Albatron Technology, please follow the steps below:

Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by emailing aid.rma@albatron.com.tw. You will receive an RMA form with your assigned RMA number and client ID.

Complete all required information on the form and reply to aid.rma@albatron.com.tw. You will then receive detailed instructions via email on how to ship your item(s) to our facility for repair. In general, repairs take approximately 2–4 weeks.

Products must be returned with prepaid freight. The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the carton and on the shipping labels.
Please ensure items are packed securely and send the products to:

Note: Defective devices will be repaired whenever possible. If a device cannot be repaired, it will be replaced with a factory-refurbished unit. Inscape Data reserves the right to substitute certain RMA products with similar-function models if the original product has been discontinued or is no longer available.
