Albatron Technology Warranty Policy
Albatron Technology warrants that its products are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a specified period starting from the date of invoice. During this warranty period, Albatron Technology, at its sole discretion, will repair or replace the product at no additional cost to the purchaser.
This warranty will be considered void if the returned product is found to have been misused, abused, scratched, improperly handled, mislabeled, modified, or altered in any way, or if damage has occurred due to natural disasters or other acts of God.
Warranty period:
- Computer Systems: 2 years
- Spare or Repaired Parts: 90 days
- Accessory Modules (miniPCIe, M.2, PCIe, graphic card, extension modules): 1 year
- Third-party items purchased separately and not assembled with Albatron Technology products: 1 year
The following components are not covered under warranty:
- CPU, memory, chipset cooler, fan, and battery
- Broken panel displays or touch screens
- Broken or bent mechanical parts
- Materials provided by clients
- Materials specified by clients that are not included in Albatron Technology's approved supplier list
